I think one of the reasons we can appreciate beauty in the natural world is the fact that it happens spontaneously, without goal or purpose.

But the man-made world has been shaped by the very same forces. We tend to artificailly separate what is "natural" and what is not.

My goal is not to make people look at ugly things, or be depressing, but show the beauty and elegance of all things.

I've been shooting since I was in high school, starting by developing black and white film (which I have come to believe is an essential way for all aspiring photographers to start), and later studying color film development, and street photography.

My work has been featured in Magic Garage, Heart On, and Melrose Light Space group shows, as well as wedding and non-profit commissions.
